The optometrist was friendly and put you at ease. Very knowledgable and explained all through appointment what was happening. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service as always, the optometrist Mark was fantastic and great with my 7 year old. A really great experience and all staff involved were fantastic, Pandora in particular. Not my first time here at Boots but every time the service is exceptional. Thank you Boots.

All the staff were very friendly, the main manager Adrian talked me through everything, and put me at ease. The optometrist, Paul was very knowledgable, listened to everything I said and took the time to do extra checks for my peace of mind. I was then passed onto Pandora, who was extremely patient and helped me to find the perfect glasses. They all ensured that each time I was passed onto a different member of staff, that they passed on my notes so I didn't have to repeat myself. Absolutely brilliant customer service, couldn't fault it!
